Ordering and Deadlines
Placing translation orders if very simple. The easiest way is to Contact us by email attaching the files you want translated. We will send you a free quote through email and if you agree to the price, we will start working on your translation right away. It's that simple!
You can send us a text of 150 words or less and we will translate it free of charge.
The time that it takes for the completion of the translation will depend on the length and complexity of the original document. The quality of the file that you send us will also be a factor in the time it will take us to deliver the translation. It is very important that the file is a clear as possible to avoid delays and inaccuracies. Once we send you the quote for services, we will let you know by when you will have your translation.
We take care of rush translations for an additional fee that will depend on how soon you need the translation; However, we will let you know if we are unable to translate your document if the deadline is too close for the amount of work there is to translate.
The majority of the documents we receive are in .word or .pdf format, but if you have any other format, send the files and we will let you know in the case we are unable to open them.
You can send us additional files after you have sent the initial ones. We will issue a revised quote and time frame for completion of all the files.
Delivery Options and Shipping
Our files are delivered in .pdf format. If you need any other format, let us know and we will try to accommodate your needs.

Our low costs are in part due to the fact that our services are provided electronically, but if you need your documents
shipped, we will be happy to accommodate your needs for an additional fee. The postage options and fees will depend on
your location.
Payment Methods and Terms
Our rates depend on the length of the translation, usually measured by the number of words, and the complexity of the text. Send us your file to get your free quote.
We accept PayPal, wire transfers, and bank deposits. If you would like to make other payment arrangements, we will try to accommodate your needs.
We require a 50% down payment on most orders and the other 50% is due within 3 days of the delivery of the final file.
We do charge a small fee for rush translations. If by any chance we are not able to meet your deadlines, we will
let you know before the translation has been assigned to us.
Cancellations
If we have already started translating your document, we will only charge you for the number of words we have translated.
If the number of words we have translated is within your down payment, we will refund the remaining amount of your down payment
and will send you the portion of the translation we completed.
