Interpretation

A client in Spain requested our over-the-phone interpretation services, stating that English was not her native language and that she needed to contact one of her suppliers in India about a billing issue that had been going on for almost 1 year. She also stated that the supplier spoke broken English and she did not know exactly what language was her supplier’s native language. Upon finding out this information, a plan was put in place: we contacted the supplier to find out what his native language was, to which he stated it was Urdu. At this point we knew we needed to locate an Urdu-Spanish interpreter. Within 2 days, we were able to arrange a time for the conversation to take place, and the billing issue that our client had has been resolved.
