What do you do with my documents once you no longer need them?

We treat all documents as confidential material, so we usually destroy them. We only keep certain documents WITH YOUR CONSENT. If you want us to keep your document, it is important that you let us know. We have had situations in which the client loses the data due to technical issues and they request the original material and the translation from us months to years later.

All of our linguists abide by a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement, which is signed before beginning to work on any project.
