How do I place an order for translation services?
Placing translation orders is very simple. The easiest way is to Contact us by email attaching the files you want translated, or by contacting us through our free quote form . We will send you a free quote through email and if you agree to the price, we will start working on your translation right away. It's that simple!
Can I send a sample text to verify the accuracy before I place an order?
You can send us a text of 150 words or less and we will translate it free of charge. We retain the right to decline free samples if it is determined that it is not in our/the client’s best interest. We will never do free samples on birth certificates, identification cards, passports, and documents in which the full translation would be 150 words or less.
How long does it take for the translation to be completed after I deliver the documents?
The time that it takes for the completion of the translation will depend on the length and complexity of the original document. The quality of the file that you send us will also be a factor in the time it will take us to deliver the translation. It is very important that the file is a clear as possible to avoid delays and inaccuracies. Once we send you the quote for services, we will let you know the estimated date of delivery.
What if I need my translation sooner than the deadline specified?
We handle rush translations for an additional fee that will depend on how soon you need the translation. It is important to note that in the case of large translations with an extremely tight deadline, your document might be split between several translators and it will be reviewed by 1 editor and proofreader to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Can I add more files to my work order?
You can send us additional files after you have sent the initial ones. We will issue a revised quote and date of delivery for completion of all the files.
